  3.              WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT THE MUTUAL FUND TRACKER

  8.       Over the past few weeks I've downloaded several shareware programs
  9. from various sources looking for a program that was easy to use but yet had
  10. enough to it to be effective.  Most of what I found was either overly
  11. simplistic, tremendously complicated or excessively expensive.
  12.  
  13.       I saw a message on Prodigy about a software package and decided to
  14. give it a try.  Once I ran the program, it didn't take me long to realize
  15. that I had stumbled onto a quality product that met and exceeded my criteria.
  16.  
  17.       It's a great program!  I have seen and used some of the others often
  18. mentioned but your's is better.  I really think it's one of the least
  19. complicated, best written programs that I've seen.
  20.  
  21.       I've already begun to expand it to meet my own objectives.  I don't
  22. believe there's another program on the market where that can be done with the
  23. ease that this program provides.  I found that I can go into CompuServe for
  24. historical quotes and indices, convert, plug them into the correct dates, and
  25. be viewing the data in no time at all.

  27.       As a result I've decided to jump into this to give my endorsement
  28. for The Mutual Fund Tracker, an excellent program with equally excellent
  29. support.

  36. some months ago.  The documentation is SUPERB, far and away better than any
  37. other computer documentation that I have ever seen.  My awed compliments to

  99. situation.  I have enjoyed using your program.  I can already see a huge

  108.       Thanks for the file.  I got the MFUDATE.SYM file set up and ran the
  109. downloader.  Everything went just great.  I enjoyed sitting there watching
  110. it do in about 2 minutes what used to take me an hour or so.  I checked all
  111. the numbers, after it updated, and everything was entered correctly.  I will
  112. let you know if I run into any problems.  I think you ought to market this
  113. version to CIM users.  As nicely as it works, I think it would be a real
  114. seller.

  128.       Just finished running your MFCA.EXE file and it appears that it will
  129. save me a LARGE amount of time doing the update for the MFCA.  To me that is
  130. very important during this time when the market appears to be heading for a
  131. major sell signal.

  133.       In reviewing 1987, I notice that your program gave a sell signal on
  134. Thursday prior to THAT MONDAY allowing investors to get out on Friday.  A
  135. major newsletter on the West Coast gave their sell signal on Friday, leading
  136. their investors into selling on the MONDAY.  Hopefully that won't happen
  137. again.  Then again, who knows?

  179.       THE MUTUAL FUND TRACKER

  181.       The Mutual Fund Tracker works using technical analysis and a Mutual
  182.       Fund Composite Average, in conjunction with other key indices, to
  183.       determine when buy or sell mutual funds.  The program compares three
  184.       moving averages against each other, and then compares each moving
  185.       average to the current price.  You can change the moving averages
  186.       to look at different "what if" results based on diverse criteria.
  187.       Let's look at the programs results for the past five years.  In
  188.       1991 you would have seen a gain of 47.00%.  For 1992 you would have
  189.       seen a gain of 9.62%.  In 1993 you would have seen a gain of 23.78%.

  191.       have seen a gain of 36.80%.  These figures were obtained using The

  197.       The Wall Street Tracker works using technical analysis and the
  198.       momentum of the market to determine when to buy or sell stocks.

  274.       assassination of Mexico's leading presidential candidate Luis
  275.       Colosio, the rise in interest rates, and the growing Whitewater
  276.       fiasco, the markets broke and headed south.  The Mutual Fund
  277.       Tracker Composite Average issued a major sell signal @@(1047.92),
  278.       as the market nose dived, preserving profits and principle.

  281.             (10/23/92) and this sell signal (03/30/94) was 31.78%.

  290.       Mutual Fund Tracker Composite Average issued a major sell
  291.       signal @@(1044.83), preserving profits and principle.

  294.             (08/12/94) and this sell signal (11/11/94) was .99%.

  312.       to the corresponding date, in the up-to-date data files, will be
  313.       different than those listed here, because of adjustments made to
  314.       the data since then.

  317.       THE WALL STREET TRACKER

  319.   **  Campbell's Soup  --  On January 25, 1991 the program issued a
  320.       buy signal for the NYSE.  Looking then at the stocks on the
  321.       NYSE, Campbell's was signaling buy at $60 a share.  A sell
  322.       signal was issued for Campbell's on May 31, 1991 at $77.75.
  323.       A gain of 29.58%.  The stock has since split 2 for 1.

  326.   **  HMO America  --  On January 25, 1991 the program issued a
  327.       buy signal for the NASDAQ.  Looking then at the stocks on the
  328.       NASDAQ, HMO America was signaling buy at $6.25 a share.  A sell
  329.       signal was issued for HMO America on April 19, 1991 at $14.50.
  330.       A gain of 132.00%.

  333.   **  SPI Pharmaceutical  --  On January 25, 1991 the program issued
  334.       a buy signal for the AMEX.  Looking then at the stocks on the
  335.       AMEX, SPI was signaling buy at $11 a share.  A sell signal was
  336.       issued for SPI on March 22, 1991 at $18.25.  A gain of 65.91%.
